About Us
Villa Aurora is a family-owned project created to share our home and our way of enjoying the Algarve. Designed for couples, families and groups, the villa welcomes guests looking for comfort, space and a well-located base near Lagos - whether visiting for the beaches, golf courses or the nearby Autódromo.
As hosts, we are present and attentive, believing that a great stay comes from care, availability and thoughtful details. We take pride in maintaining the villa to a high standard and in offering a welcoming, easy experience from arrival to departure.
The name Villa Aurora has a special meaning for us. Aurora is our Maltese Bichon and a beloved member of our family. She joined us two years ago and has brought light, companionship and joy into our daily lives — values we wanted to reflect in this family project. The name Aurora comes from Latin, meaning “dawn” or “sunrise”, symbolising new beginnings, warmth and memorable moments — the same feeling we hope our guests experience during their stay.

My name is Lara, and I was born and raised in the Algarve.
Growing up in here has given me a deep connection to the coastline, the lifestyle and the small details that make this area special.
As a host, I am personally involved in every stay at Villa Aurora, ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after.
